WashAwayOrlando’s Laundry Professionals handle items that are machine washable. We do not offer dry cleaning services.
WashAwayOrlando works primarily with guests visting the Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resorts, although we offer our services to anyone in the Orlando area. We are able to pickup at homes, hotels, and vacation homes.

WashAwayOrlando offers three options for Laundry Detergent:

1. Tide Zero Soft Liquid Lavender Scented Laundry Detergent
2. Hypoallergenic (Unscented)
3. Provide your own
WashAwayOrlando Laundry Professionals use a medium-low setting to dry clothing - high heating is never used.

Yes, we can hang dry your clothing overnight for next day delivery. Just place these items in a separate bag labeled “hang dry” for pickup.
WashAwayOrlando Laundry Professionals use cold water as a standard for all washing after separating clothing by color. Hot or warm water can be used on request.
WashAwayOrlando keeps it simple by expertly washing, drying, and folding your laundry.

We do not offer stain treatment, ironing, shoe cleaning, lint removal, hand washing, or dry cleaning.

WashAwayOrlando charges by the weight of your clothing. The average charge is $1.90 per pound of laundry, but can be as low as $1.70 depending on location.

An average American household does 20-60 pounds of laundry weekly.

A 13 gallon kitchen bag can hold about 22 pounds of laundry.
WashAwayOrlando accepts Debit Cards and Credit Card payments.
Verifying weight is easy, but you will need access to a scale.

First, stand on the scale and weigh yourself, then weigh yourself holding your bag of laundry. Subtract your weight from the total weight and the remaining will be the bag of laundry’s weight.
There is a minimum $20 fee for standard next-day orders.
You will be charged and a receipt will be emailed to you after your clothing has been washed, dried, folded, and delivered.

- Orders placed before 3:00pm are picked up before 8:00pm that day and delivered before 8:00pm the next day.
- Orders place after 3:00pm are picked up by 8:00pm the next day and delivered by 8:00pm the day after that.

An extra day may need to be added or large orders.

Your Laundry Professional will keep you updated on the progress of your order via text or email.
You can use any bag you would like for your pickup - disposable bags are the most common. You can use laundry bags - which will be cleaned and returned to you upon delivery.
